Depends on what muscle group I'm working.
I do 20 lbs for biceps, 15 lbs for triceps, 30 lbs for chest press, 30 lbs for bent over rows, 20 lbs overhead press.
I do 60 lbs for lunges and the rest of my lower I do around 80-120 lbs depending on the exercise.
