If you're accounting for all the calories you're burning in your "MyFitness" tab, you should have a good calorie range to support your activity. If you haven't added how many calories a week you're burning, go do it!
2 weeks is still very early, and your body is probably adjusting to your new exercise. It can take some time before your body says "oh we're doing this now?" and starts losing weight.
