As hard as this may be to accept, if it's only two weeks until your race I would seriously think about pulling out if your ankle is still not completely healed.
At best you will not be able to run to your full potential, at worst you could possibly cause further more serious injury were you to go ahead with the race.
And I would certainly echo the comments about seeing a doctor.
