This afternoon I did some random 'dance like no-one is watching' for half an hour, but I'm not sure how to put it into my tracker. It was technically low impact, as there wasn't any jumping, but I did wiggle my butt and wave my arms a lot
. The options the tracker gives me doesn't help, as I've no idea how energetic a foxtrot/square dance/ballet is!
I don't know what my heart rate was (too busy having fun), but I'd say it was around 6 on the RPE scale. Any ideas?
