I'm energized every day... today, a little sick though. Sunburned and I've had a cold the last 2 days. I've also been super, super busy planting our garden, nature hiking, walking, cooking, cleaning, taking care of my kiddos and working out. I feel like I haven't sat down for than 15 minutes in the last couple weeks. In serious need of a rest day from working out and a morning somewhat to myself. Just have to get through the rest of the weekend! Taking a day off from my workout on Monday and for the first time in forever, I'll be taking 2 rest days next week! I usually go for a walk though on my rest days. Something light. :)
