I like the idea but in practice I could never do it, and I'm in reasonably good shape. I guess it depends on how coordinated you are and how much you have to concentrate at work. If you are working from home perhaps go for a walk at lunch -- which is what I usually do.
If you want to give it a try you could set your laptop on a shelf or dresser and see if you can work there for any amount of time. Or maybe get up on every hour and do 10 squats or jumping jacks or something. Or get one of those balance balls to sit on (I've always wanted to try that!)
I wouldn't waste $ on that but if you try it let us know how it goes :)
