Hi all, Hope you are well. I usually cut the grass with my 52" tractor. About 2 wks ago I started cutting the grass with a self propelled 22" mower. After cutting for those 2 weeks, I can feel the difference in cardio, strength and I know it is contributing much to my weight loss. I have an acre and a quarter and by the time I get 1/2 done, I'm ready for a cool down. Give it a try.
