Apples - there are many different varieties. The Washington reds we grew up with I agree are blah, but Pink Ladies, Honeycrisp, and Pacific Rose are sweeter and some of my favorites. Ask at your local produce department to sample their sweetest apples and see what they cut open.
Kiwi - you know that you cut the fuzzy part off, yeah? That's the skin and generally isn't considered edible.
Fuzzy peaches - try nectarines instead. Also, giving a good rinse while rubbing down a peach will remove fuzzies.
Strawberries and blackberries - these really need to be eaten in season. There is a very clear difference between January strawberries and July strawberries.
You also don't have to eat fruit plain if you really honestly don't like it. Add it to yogurt or oatmeal, sprinkle a little bit of honey, sugar, or salt on it (be sure to account for the calories in honey and sugar), add fruit to a green salad.
