Here's the first step you need to lose 2 lbs per week:
1) Be over 200 lbs.
I know that's flippant, but it's true. The less you have to lose, the slower you have to lose it. While some of us would love to do that, in your case, it's not really safe or possible. A better goal would be .5-1 lb per week.
What's your current goal weight? You are only slightly overweight, so you can't have too much to lose. Because of that, your progress will be slow.
