Do you feel better? Are you able to exercise longer? Can you hold a plank position longer? Don't short change your non scale accomplishments.
That being said, I know your ultimate goal is to lose weight so that can be frustrating. Several questions for you:
1. Are you tracking all of your food? Honestly? Estimating calories will get you nowhere.
2. Are you eating enough calories for the level of activity that you're doing? It is possible to shortchange your body if you're exercising that much. Remember calories are fuel.
3. Have you changed up your exercise program? If you work out differently every time, this isn't a concern. However, if you do the same machines, same exact exercises, same routine, you're body will get used to it and not burn calories as efficiently.
