I've been doing Pure Barre 4-5 times a week as part of my lifestyle change. I'm getting great results and really enjoy doing it. I'm wondering if anyone else out there does Pure Barre, or something similar, and if you do, do you do additional cardio workouts? I've only been making the time to do these classes, but feel maybe I should be alternating running, too. Although Pure Barre is primarily strength and not cardio, my heart rate is definitely up the whole class and I leave covered in sweat every time!
