Damn, that easy? Obviously my search techniques are not up to par.

I KNEW it was in there somewhere.

Thanks.

"Walk away the pounds", funnily enough. :)

If you include 'walk' you'll get too many other listings. Just search "pounds" and it's the only entry that comes up.

Deb,

I thought WATP was in the tracker too, but I couldn't find it when I searched for it.

What's it listed under?

Walk away the pounds is actually in the tracker. Just put that in the search and use the listing given and enter your time.

As you continue and log the weight you lose, you will see a difference in calories burned on your fitness tracker.

Yes, for weight bearing exercise like walking in place, a heavier person will burn more. In coming up with a calorie estimate, Spark takes your weight into account.

A GPS tracker is based on distance travelled, which is great for things like walking, running or cycling outside. But it is not going to produce accurate results for walking IN PLACE.

There is an online (and free) calorie calculator built into Spark - go to the My Fitness tab at the top of the page, then follow the My Fitness tracker.

WATP (at least the basic ones) counts as fairly moderate walking, so perhaps track this as X minutes of walking at 24 min/mile (2.5 mph).

Yes, heavier people burn more calories.

But I am confused, you said you did WATP, which i understand to be low impact aerobics, why were you using a GPS? GPS is for outdoor activities.

Just log your video as ___ minutes of low impact aerobics.

Do heavier people burn more calories than a smaller person? I did watp 1 mile walk said I burned 20 calories using the sp GPS tracker I feel like I burned more this was my first workout in years and I was so out of breath and sweating perfusly (sp)? I'm so new to this I just want to make sure I am getting accurate results I don't have money for a hrm yet so should I go by the GPS or am I nipping myself? Thanks in advance for advice.
