Hi everyone! I have a couple of questions...
I'm working with a trainer for the first time and I'm logging my workouts. One of the things she has me do is leaning pull ups using straps hanging from a machine. It's kind of like Coach Nicole's demo for leaning pull ups on the smith machine. So what do you put in for weight when you log it? Your body weight or a percentage of your body weight, or what...?
Also, when you use the kettlebell and do the squat/swing, thing, is that logged as kettlebell training?
