I work out at home using DVDs, free weights and also go running outside.
While I don't do the same workout two days in a row, I do have a few DVDs that I favour over others, so they are always in my rotation.
However, taken as a whole, I do tend to change things up every few weeks. I like to vary my runs, taking different routes and also incorporating speed and interval work, as well as longer more steady runs.
Every now and then I'll dig out a DVD that I perhaps haven't done in a few months, just to keep things interesting and give my body a wake-up call.
I also vary my strength routine - some days I lift heavy with low reps, other times I might be more in the mood for lower weights but higher reps.
Variety is the spice of life!
