Our gym just started what is called Toning zumba.. I tell you what the zumba was hard enough, but adding these 1lb toning sticks for a full hour. wholy might moley!
It was one wonderful very hard work out, I could barley lift these little sticks by the end of class..
If its offered try it! All I know is that I really found out how weak my upper body really was and my arms and shoulders. Time to strengthen them up lolol
These are like little mascaras and they do make noise LOL but its very different and its so much fun!
