I've recently noticed my hamstrings are really tight- a rehab doctor even commented on it (I was seeing her for unrelated back stuff but she said hamstrings can throw off my back too). What are some good stretches/exercises to loosen them up and increase flexibility?
I swim regularly, so I wonder if that's contributing to it.
Height: 5' 11"
Starting weight: 228
Ultimate goal: 180-170
Currently working and going to grad school. Given my stress level and time constraints (and with my doctor's blessing), I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight, just be healthy and not gain. Once I get my degree I'll pick things up again.
