I shadow box, just my own routine, I have never had lessons or any taining in it. I just did it and found I liked it. I power walk for 5min, shadow box for 2.5 min and power walk for 5min,,etc until I give out, then I just walk gradually slowing down to cool off. It also is a great stress reliever.
