Be prepared to see how weak you just may be when you're required to hold your body weight up with your arms. haha
My stepdaughter likes pole workouts - she installed a pole in her living room.. One time I visited her she had me try it out - was VERY tricky, and I can see how you can really expect to get bruised thighs while working on that thing.
Takes some amazing, tremendous strength - all over, legs, upper body, core - to execute some of those moves. Have fun.
