I'm on week 18 of Turbo Fire and have seen great results. I haven't lost as much weight as I had hoped to but my nutrition isn't as good as it should be. For the first time in my life, I have obliques and what I call my "2 pack" on my upper abs.
The program can be really dificult especially when you are new but if you get it, don't give up!! I wanted to so many times because it was so difficult to remember what to do next or I get myself tripped up but it is worth it!
I'm starting Chalene Johnson's Chalene Extreme in June after coming back from vacation.
