I do two Spark Videos and can't find them on the calories burned list. How do I figure how many calories I've burned per minute for the ones not on that list
The are:Seated Abs Core workout 12 minutes, And the Chair Workout I + II (seated cardio, strength, fat burning low impact exercise) - 37 minutes
How do I find/calculate calories butned for workouts or exercises not on the Calories Burned list? TIA
