cut back a bit on your water, which may help on wanting or feeling the hunger come back.
Yes water is good for you, and you do need some, but I wouldn't replace it with more liquid.
Or try some higher calorie foods instead of the lower calorie alternatives, a handful of almonds, or add a little peanut butter - we like to have it with 1/2 an apple.
