I started out with Banish fat boost metabolism one and then picked up the No more trouble zones to add the weights and other moves. I used to swap and do the NMTZ on M, W, F, and the BFBM on Tu, Th, Sat.
The NMTZ has some squats and lunges, but also some floor work. I still go back and do this one from time to time cause it's a good all over body workout and strength training ALL IN ONE.
