I recently got a FitBit and was excited to start counting my steps. While working around the house - I also homeschool - I would make step aerobics movements all day long. I loved it. Even the kids got busy with it!
Recently - my FitBit hasn't been working properly - and I'm just wondering if anyone else is using some device to count their steps like this (steps other than actually walking, jogging or running). I also do cardio as much as I can in a day - but wondered if we have any "pacers" out there as well that count steps. Sometimes the FitBit counts the steps - other times it acts like I am not moving AT ALL. It wildly varies.
So - does anyone count their steps? And - what do you use? What do you recommend?
I want to be more physically active - and the FitBit definitely motivated me. I don't know if I got a dud or if it just isn't cut out to count step aerobics type steps (with or without the step).
