Tell that Jillian Michaels voice to take a hike, because she's hurting you. ;) Never, ever, ever "push through the pain" - had you stopped when it hurt, you likely wouldn't be as sore as you are today, and now your recovery time may be longer.
Pain is your body's way of saying STOP, something's wrong. Jillian Michaels is a terrible trainer, and should not be used as an example of how you should train (as you've unfortunately learned.)
Take time, rest, recover, and you'll be glad for it later.
