Thanks; I ended up figuring it out with the formulas on the SP. It was fairly accurate so I'll leave it as is and adjust my food accordingly. Apparantly I never entered the info when I first began SP. I have another question though: on the fitness setup, at the bottom it says:
If you know how many calories you burn each week, enter it here:
Am I right to assume this is ONLY excercise minutes, and not including our basic burned calories daily?
