There is no single "best" full body workout programme, any programme your do using full body and compound movement exercises is "best". You can use a bodyweight programme, a suspension training (TRX)one, kettlebells, free weights or resistance bands. The choice of exercises is the critical factor, isolation exercises are a waste of time for fat loss and general fitness.
