I am trying to figure out the best way to create an exercise program from my home that I am able to do but one that will also meet the needs of my body as well. This is my plan so far, please tell me if I should add something or do something different.
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, I am doing Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga.
On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday mornings, I thought about doing the 20-minute Fat Blaster Video.
Every other day I will also walk the track for 1/2 hour or do the weight loss workout on my elliptical machine.
Do you think that I'm covering all of my bases or not?
