Hi. I'm training for a 5k, which is next Saturday. I intended to run today but woke up with the start of a cold. My husband has a pretty bad one, so I'm thinking GREAT, is that where I'm headed. My nose is running like a faucet, I'm sneezing, and my throat is sore.
So... what do I do about the running? Should I run today, keep on training, in the hopes that the cold will be gone in a week? What would you do?
