Hi guys! Hope someone can help with my problem. Since increasing my distance somehow i managed to put 5 pounds in last year. I do watch what i am eating. I don't know if it makes any difference but i do not drink a lot during my runs. My bladder is not that strong so i prefer to drink my water afterwards.
I also increased my weight training. In the past I did more cardio. Now i do Jillian Michaels Body revolution Dvds 2-3 times as well as running around 25 miles a week.
My problem is that my jeans are getting slightly uncomfortable. And it does not make me feel very nice.
Honestly, even if i gained more muscles - its a weight gain. Dont know what am i doing wrong.
