emoticon According to my Spark Tracker, I averaged 20,304 Steps A Day last Week. It took a LOT of Pacing, and Marching In Place, and Leslie Sansone Videos -- But I Got It Done!!!

Took the baby in the stroller for a 0.75 mile walk this morning. That isn't very far compared to what I use to do but pregnancy apparently took a toll on my ankles so that is pretty good for me right now. Plan to take her out more often now that fall has stamped down the Texas heat a bit.

emoticon I went to the American Heart Association's Web Site and Signed up for their Walking Program.
I agree, Archimedes!! EVERY DAY should be Walking Day. And, like You, for me, it is. So far, I have walked for at least 10 minutes for 727 days in a row. It usually is 30 minutes or more, but the day I had Gall Bladder Surgery, I only walked for 10 minutes.

I Know this is Not National Walking Day, but how about a Challenge to Walk every Day until Next National Walking Day?
