Okay, I finally 'got it' 3 years ago. Since then, I have become extremely fit and work very hard 5 days a week.
For the first time in that 3 years, I have hurt myself. Last Thursday my back went and I have been out of commission for 5 days. I am dealing with it okay because it's going to be fine in a few days.
The thing that I have a question about is...
I weighed 152 on Thursday morning, pre back injury, and Saturday morning I weighed 162.
Now...I KNOW I didn't gain 10 pounds, but what is it that has caused this? Can any of you wise guru's answer this? And it's not going down at all either. Just wondering why the big jump.
