Ohi I just noticed my pants are longer, too! I might have to take them up. And like another poster, I need to raise my chair at work, because my personal cushion is smaller. Everything is baggy, even my leggings are slipping off because they are the wrong size. Except for one jacket that is still a little tight, though I can do it up. And that is from 15 years ago. (What? It's a great jacket! I plan to wear it all autumn and winter!)

I CAN SEE MY FEET!!!!! i have seen a few little changes, smile more, less tired, i can jog a little w my kids, i see myself makeing better changes in the food i eat i feel slightly lighter too!

I just realized it myself that my pants don't "roll down" at the waist band. Yippee! And all of my pants, besides not fitting me anymore, are LONGER. Now I have to roll them up from the other end! LOL

Yesterday I walked on a treadmill at the gym and told myself to walk until I got tired. And, sweating does NOT equal to being tired! I finally stopped after an hour because someone else wanted to use it. I remember when I first started my fitness journey I would chant to myself to stay on the treadmill (or any machine) for at least 20 minutes. I speed-walked over 5K in 55 minutes yesterday. Yay!

Today is the day I succeed.

I noticed that too FISHER011! I love sweets especially and used to have trouble eating so much, until I was sick. But since I've gotten better about eating and working out, I want them less often and even when I do eat them, I don't want nearly as much. It's great!

I also noticed my skin is in much better shape as I break out less. Not sure if that's exercise or diet but either way, I love it!

Even if I eat something splurgy like pizza, I don't stuff myself. I don't even want to stuff myself. And, the other day I was finishing off a half cup of ice cream, ended up throwing it out because I just didn't want it! Believe me, that is CRAZY based on previous behavior!

I can cross my legs again.

I am able to do more in my BodyPump class by 25 percent (weight) than I was when I began.

My legs are completely toning up, and I am getting GOOD curves in my body (and I know there are many more to come).

My bathing suit from last summer was big on me (awkward when a rogue boob pops out when you're doing laps!).

I have more stamina for life. :) This is after only 40 lbs. Imagine what it will be at 100!

I was quite pleased with that, until I pointed it out to my husband and he said, (and I quote),

We went hiking up a small mountain this weekend, the same one DH and I had hiked when we were dating- 14 years ago. In my 20's, I felt like I was going to die trying to get to the top, but I practically ran up the mountain this weekend. Such an awesome feeling.

I also train at CrossFit and today I set a personal record of lifting 105lbs over my head. I never would've thought I could lift that much!!

Bicycle crunches! Thanks for the inspiration that improvement at this exercise is actually possible :)

Can see my toes when I look down.
Stomach doesn't stick out past my breasts.
Can easily do up my shoes.
Can get up and down off the floor without thinking.
After an hour of Zumba I want another hour.
My active days are longer because I have a little rest then want to get up and go. Sometimes don't even stop from Zumba til after dinner.

On the down side: wrinkles!

Having the confidence to do a 20m sprint for the bus! I can make it and I won't die of embarrassment as I'm no longer panting and gasping for breath once I'm on the bus!

All of my rings are now too big for me. My grandmother gave me a ring for Christmas that now falls off my fingers! It's going to be expensive getting them all resized but I can't wait!

I have ALWAYS had difficulty getting eyeglass frames that were large enough. My current frames which have been very tight for the 18 months I've owned them finally aren't creating ridges above my ears.

And my whole hand now slides right into the hole in the retractable doggie leash. Before it was 3 fingers, uncomfortable. Now it's all 4 fingers, up past the knuckles all the way to my palm.

And perhaps the biggest little thing: in March, my primary doctor was so pleased with the 35 pound weight loss in 6 months that he said I didn't need to wear the compression stockings any more. I know, that might be a HUGE little thing!!
