When I pass a mirror my side profile is much thinner especially my thighs. I have retained my muscular glutes but decreased my thigh bulge that always made me feel self conscious.
My underwear is loose and that is fairly new. I haven't lost any significant weight but my body mass has altered. I went from 42" around my thighs to 35.5" so I feel pretty happy. Yesterday my neighbor saw me from a distance and he did not recognize me.
SP works if you use it as directed and allow a lengthy time to see the changes. I have been a work in progress since last Aug 22, 2012. It takes time to make the fat turn to muscle and reverse the body composition.
