When I pass a mirror my side profile is much thinner especially my thighs. I have retained my muscular glutes but decreased my thigh bulge that always made me feel self conscious.
My underwear is loose and that is fairly new. I haven't lost any significant weight but my body mass has altered. I went from 42" around my thighs to 35.5" so I feel pretty happy. Yesterday my neighbor saw me from a distance and he did not recognize me.

SP works if you use it as directed and allow a lengthy time to see the changes. I have been a work in progress since last Aug 22, 2012. It takes time to make the fat turn to muscle and reverse the body composition.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.

collarbones more visible, clothes getting looser, airline seatbelt needing more tightening, even some shoes are fitting looser!

Current goal:
- 32 by end of April.

Next goals: -
39 total by end of May.
-46 by end of June.

Sweating makes me feel like a bad ass where before I would hate to sweat! I can feel my hip bones, my son told me today that if I keep getting fit he is going to have to chase the men away, and I have a new found love of water!

I get complimented on my clothes more often... I am wearing the same kind of stuff, I think it's just their way of telling me they've noticed I look good without specifically mentioning my weight.

Hey, if they didn't say anything when I put the weight on, they don't need to say it now that I'm losing it. I appreciate the kindness both ways.

I'm having to buy smaller sized clothes more often--on past weight-loss efforts, I'd only have to get new clothes every four-five months; now, it's every 6-8 weeks.

I just started an exercise-a-day calendar and saw this morning's item: do 10 burpees. My first thought was, "ah, I'm too out of shape for those, I'll just do jumping jacks" but then I realized: I probably *can* do them now. And, what do you know, I did.

I can fit into shorts that I couldn't a 2 weeks ago. I'm working out harder with weights or in cardio sessions. I'm still losing weight almost every week even though I haven't been counting my calories from when I started almost 2 months ago. I have more energy and in a better mood.

I used to hate running, and sucked at it.
Now I actually look forward to my night runs because it has gotten a bit easier to run longer.
The key to this progress was slow and steady practice.
My knees don't burn as bad, and I feel... lighter when I run now.

Never ever thought this would happen to me!

I can actually hop up from a chair instead of thinking man i just want to sit here forever. me and my mom have that NOT in common now that i exercise lol and i want to move around even move and i am fidgeting a LOT haha. i love it! and when i weight myself i go well this cant be right and i weigh myself like 10 times and im like WELL, THIS IS COOL!!! haha also a cardio video i have been doing for a bit now is becoming easier and i dont think i cant do this im going to die i HATE this!!! i dont think that as much!!!! haha. Also i have been doing the jack knifes on the wii fit and when i suck in my tummy and look in the mirror i can see the beginnings of my upper abs!! YAYA!! emoticon
