depends on how long I am running/how hot it is.
right now, since it is not too hot, I use my 10oz handheld and my phone is in a spibelt. The 10oz of water has been enough for up to 20 miles. I don't drink a lot when running in cold weather.
When it's hotter, I'll need to wear my 3x8oz belt, my phonbe doesn't fit in the pocket..at that point I'll probably just borrow my running partner's phone if I need it.
