Wow, thanks for that clip, it was really inspirational!
Although I enjoy cardio and strength training and do both regularly, it's yoga that has helped me most. It has helped with mindfulness about my body and what I put into it. It also reduces stress and has helped me overcome the worst of my bingeing tendencies. And finally, of all the physical things I do, yoga makes me feel best!
If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up!
