I never used to do classes at my gym. Did some intense cardio and weight machines, but never got the results toning wise I wanted.
Now I do classes at my gym and feel much more fit.
Bootcamp - alternating cardio and strength training:. 60 mins of sweat inducing awesomeness.
Have definitely seen a difference because of this class.
Group Power - another 60 min class in which we use barbells, with squats and ab work. It's helped tone my arms so much!
Zumba - great class for the in between days of vigorous workouts. Lots of fun.
Every passing minute is a another chance to turn it all around.
