Hi everyone i recently purchased a pedometer, and am interested in recording how many steps i do each day, has anyone done this and has it enhanced weightloss?? your feed back is so vital and would love to hear of any success youve had or have with the 10000 plus steps, please feel free to drop me a line, so far today i stepped a total of 5261 steps which works out to be 3.40 miles walked so far....going to replenish myself with a health sparkly glass of water and a apple then take a small break then back on the treadmill i go for another 45 minutes.....I would love to hear of any tips that will help me on my journey to a everyday lifestyle change to better my health and drop the weight once and for all :o)
Is it ok to workout in increments of 45 minutes till you hit your goal of 10000 plus? Or is it advisable to do it all at once?
