I'm going to go against the grain here and say "no".
Your videos are strength based work.
Strength work is not measured in time spent. You don't get 'more benefit' from 45 minutes ST than from 30. You should do the right moves, at the right weight, whatever time that takes (around 15-20 minutes).
You would get better results by picking either one of these videos, whichever you have time for (they are probably both a complete workout), and doing it with the maximum resistance on your bands that you can each time.
Time isn't a factor for ST work.
