I was wondering if anyone else uses the BodyMedia LINK armband to help them with their weight loss and fitness goals?
I went on vacation last week and didn't log any of my food, alcoholic drinks, or anything. I wore my band only once in a while, so my calories burned weren't even accurate. I came back, weighed myself, and found I had gained 5 pounds. I have another vacation in May, during which I have to be in a bathing suit. I'd like to lose the 5 pounds plus a couple and get back in shape. Should I ignore the last week and just pick up where I left off with my armband? Will the system still be accurate?
