I just did 45 minutes on my treadmill and have stepped 4467 steps and another 5533 steps to hit my 10,000 step goal I heard it speeds metabolism which in turn speeds weight loss, doing 10,000 steps every day is supposed to equal to 3500 calories burned, which will give you a weight loss of a pound each week :o)
If I am wrong someone please correct me :o)
I also wonder if you can break this up on the treadmill? I mean walking at 45 min each time till you reach your 10,000 step goal?
I am just refueling with an apple and large glass of yummy sparkly water, let it settle a bit then back on the treadmill for another 45 minutes :o)
I will record how many steps I have totalled then stop to marinade dinner, then back on the treadmill to finish till i hit my goal of 10,000 steps
