Jump rope burns calories at an amazing pace!
Check out some boxer training videos online and look at how high they jump. They barely take their feet off the ground.
When I first started jumping rope, 10 minutes and i was DONE. But my technique wasn't very good, i was trying to jump a foot off the ground.
As you keep practicing, you'll get more efficient, and you can start "shuffling" from one foor to the other or get into fancy footwork.
For now, just try to think about how high you are junping and try to make your hops lower.
