Are y ou slowing down adequately? THat happens to me sometimes if I go from walking fast to just stopping.
Try slowing down .5 MPH until it feels like you're creeping, and see if that helps.
It's normal, though. :) The ground was moving, and now it's not. It's kinda like a mini earthquake. ;)
