I am limited to the type of excercises I can do since I broke my foot in December. The first 2 months after my break, I had a hard cast on. Now, I am walking around in an orthopedic walking boot, and doing physical therapy.
I feel that I should be doing something! I am going crazy just waiting for my foot to finish healing.
Any ideas as to how I can keep levels of activity without compromising my foot?
