Hi there! I'm Emma and I've recently started a fitness regime. I've sort of made it up based on what I've researched. Here's what I'm doing:
Mon, Wed, Fri : C25K training.
Tues, Thurs: Brisk walk to the local outdoor gym (about 20 minutes each way) where I proceed to do some weight training.
I'm also following a little progressive "Do these exercises a day" type thing, but that's only a couple of jumping jacks and crunches.
I plan on Saturday being my 'Rest' day, (besides the few jumping jacks and crunches) and going on a low impact walk on sundays.
I just want to know if I'm heading in the right direction. Because I found today during my jog I was becoming much more easily fatigued than the other days. Is this because I may be doing too much too soon? or Just some of the joys that come with this exercise thing? Haha
