I work full time, raising three kids (mostly by myself, my husbands job has him gone 6 days a week), and I just started back to school (online so I am home with my kids). My day starts at 5AM and ends most of the time between 10-11PM. I'm beat... I'm trying to get some thoughts/advise from other people in similar shoes.
I have time here and there but I'm usually so tired from everything else I have no motivation to exercise. I need someone to give me a magic answer... or at least one that makes a lightbulb go off in my head. LOL
