Simple logic - if they "should not" be included then it wouldn't give you values for it, would it?
It's okay to list it. As stated, it's a very low number. The problem with the original "no calories given for ST" plan was that it does burn SOMETHING. It's just really hard to know what, because even an HRM won't tell you. But at least now there is a token small value that errs on the side of caution.
Go ahead and use the site's value.
Just don't use an HRM, and don't trust any site that tells you you're burning heaps with ST.
