i really don''t follow it to a tee...i am beyond start it up and ramp it up., i just do tone it up, firm it up and shape it up....it's helped me alot...but i can't find tear it up and burn it up, i am trying to find them so i can add those in my workout.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I have been doing slim in 6 for about 5 weeks...i have lost 15. lbs..and down 1 size...i know alot of people think it's boring, but she focus's on correct form. i have actually gotten so much more flexible and my knee isn't hurting like it used to...i cannot find 2 of the dvd's, because I think I lent them out...burn it up and tear it up...i don't know if you can purchase individual dvd's..if you can, does anyone know where...i looked on line and it just say's 6 dvd's. even tho you might think it's boring, it really does work...hip hop abs are great too. and taebo, but this is a great start...i bought these years and years ago....i also cannot find the eating plan that came with it either...
i l ost 20lbs with it:) great beginner program. it was one of my first programs i began with and i lost and gave me the strength and motivation to move on to my next programs that lead me to goal weight
I also have the slim in six and have used it. I agree with lotus737...when I was doing the program I lost inches and felt like it helped for toning. I wasn't really tracking my weight while doing it but if i had to guess I don't feel like the scale probably moved much...definitely saw results when I did my weekly measurements though. I enjoy her workouts :)
I have used it in the past- I felt like it helped shape my body- that said, I never completed the whole thing. I want to lose more weight before giving it another go- in my experience it was better suited to toning up than losing weight!

Hi! I have and do Slim in 6 as well. I haven't done the whole program all the way through but I like using her workouts to mix up with other DVDs that I have. Feel free to message me if you would like to chat!
I have taken the 6 week "Slim in 6" workout DVD challenge with Debbie Siebers (from Beachbody). I am combining it with the food tracker here on SP. I have finished the first 2 weeks of the "Start It Up", and today was my first day of phase 2 which is "Ramp It Up". I would love to converse with anyone else trying the SIS program.
