Do you know what is causing the pain? It's hard to know what exercises to suggest without knowing the details of the problem. I wouldn't want to suggest something that could end up causing further problems. I would recommend talking to your doctor about what's going on, so that hopefully they can help figure out the cause of the problem and then give you exercises that will help alleviate the pain.
