I jogged in place for about 5 minutes tonight after I did a 10 minute SparkPeople Cardio video. I was wondering how many calories I burned while I had jogged in place. I can't afford to get anything that would measure and keep track of my heart rate or calories burned while working out because I don't have a job yet. If someone could please help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
