I have many of the Zumba DVDs and the exhilarate as well I really like the exhilarate and I like to make sure I get in at least 45 min to an hour a day as I can unless I'm crunching for time I also try to alternate them with toning every other day so the Zumba Tono is perfect as well as the sentao if ur starting out start with the DVDs that are under an hour than do more as u feel ready to
Zumba will give you that surge of energy that makes u want to do this workout it's very addict ing if dancing is for you.
I also have the wii games and do classes cause it's so much fun every teacher is different and it's fun to dance in a group no doubt
I have lost over 55 pounds just doing Zumba and eating in moderation
You will realize with this workout u don't want to eat heavy rite before it too. Hope this helps :)
